Privatbank (Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine) have launched a multithreaded personalisation system for personalising AustriaCard and Axalto eGalleon chip cards on the DataCard 9000 embosser with the use of TranzWare Card Factory and SCPM.

Within this solution TranzWare Card Factory generates the card numbers and PINs, calculates all cryptographic values and electrically personifies the chips, while the SCPM system, after receiving all the necessary personalisation data, manages the embosser itself.

Therefore, currently, TranzWare Card Factory supports the entire personalisation cycle for magnetic stripe and EMV cards on low-volume DataCard 150, 280, 450 embossers as well as high-volume embossers – DataCard 7000 and 9000 under the management of SCPM system.

In addition to the DataCard embosser brand, TranzWare Card Factory supports EMV card personalisation on the equipment of several other well-known brands.

To learn more about TranzWare Card Factory, please view the product or download the leaflet.

2nd International TranzWare User Group (ITUG): great success delivering prominent results to Compass Plus’ customers, partners and the company itself.

The 3-day conference included presentations addressing the latest product, solution and various sub-module developments in the TranzWare product family and partner products, such as loyalty and other value-added applications, smart cards, acquiring and self-service solutions, POS-terminal solutions and multi-module EMV-card personalisation systems. Business development executives from Visa International and American Express talked about a choice of business opportunities for financial institutions and their own developments, performance and payment business outlook for the future. Additionally, several reputable Compass Plus customers shared their experiences of migrating and running their payment card business on various TranzWare products and solutions.

TranzWare Fraud Analyzer, Claims Manager and various new functions offered by TranzWare CMS (e.g. Installments, Credit Shields, Scoring, Loyalty, Online Authorisation) and Online (e.g. advanced ATM monitoring) attracted the most attention and interest from the banks.

In addition, two contracts to supply TranzWare solutions have been signed during the conference.

All participants have noted that such events are extremely important for gaining new business contacts, partnering, discovering new opportunities, learning from experience, extending knowledge and generally developing business:

“For us, as new users of the TranzWare products, it was useful to become acquainted with existing Compass Plus clients and to gain new business contacts with colleagues from different countries. I think this event is very important for Alliance Bank business development” (Vice-chairman, Alliance Bank)

“I would like to thank for the excellent organisation and for the invitation. I can say that for the company it is a big step of responsibility and maturity when it organises such events. Possibly, out of the similar providers in the market no one organises such user groups because there is a chance that in case of product immaturity and its problems the customers will so extensively criticise it that the event will end up a mayhem. But it is obvious that the level and quality of the products has grown so much that we are meeting here for the second time and I hope will meet again. Why do I like it here? There is an opportunity to have face-to-face contact with our customers. There are only few that provide this opportunity. So thank you very much for gathering us here!” (Area Sales Manager, Axalto)

“I would like to thank Compass Plus for organizing the 2nd International TranzWare User Group forum. Gathering of a like-minding team provides good ground for gaining new knowledge and exchanging experience in the sphere of payment card and technology. The forum’s programme was logically divided into 3 blocks: presentations of the company staff, its partners and clients. I would particularly like to note the significance and relevance of such presentations as “New Technologies and Functionality in TranzWare Card Management System” and “New Features of Remote Banking” (Vice-chairman, Bank24.ru)

“Thank you very much for the invitation to iTUG. In the framework of the conference we were able to familiarise ourselves with the leading solutions from Compass Plus in the acquiring area, as well as with Compass Plus success during the last year. I consider one of the most important things to be participation of the banks that already use Compass Plus solutions. It is very important to learn about the experience of implementing such products in our rapidly developing segment of the market. Banks participating in the conference that are actively developing their acquiring business made it possible to see and understand their front line development strategies in this area. Undoubtedly, the experience gained through participating in iTUG will allow our company to offer new software products necessary for actively developing players in the acquiring business. I would particularly like to mention impeccable organization of the event” (Deputy Sales Director, INPAS)

“The event helped establish new contacts with the TranzWare users that have been working with the system for a considerable time. This in turn, allowed to study and summarise the experience of implementation and industrial running of the system. The presentations were prepared on a good level and the topics were well selected. They have highlighted the current product line and also presented near-future and future developments. Warm welcoming environment, created by the hosts and conference members was also memorable. Big thanks to everyone!” (Head of Payment Card Department, Moscow Industrial Bank)

“I would like to express my gratitude to the organisers to iTUG. I believe that such events are very good. They allow Compass Plus and its clients exchange their plans and share goals in a direct dialogue mode and map the reciprocal course for their achievement” (Deputy Chief of Retail Product Department, NOMOS Bank)
