In 2006 Investment City Bank commenced its expansion into the retail banking sector and as part of this strategy the bank made a decision to become a member of the VISA payment system and create an in-house processing centre. Along with the Bank’s requirement for a processing centre functionality was the key condition for the project to be implemented in  the fastest possible time.
