TranzWare Claims Manager is a comprehensive workflow-management system that automates dispute processing and allows managing and resolving a variety of claims received from bank customers and payment system members. The system assumes automatic (e.g. in case of chargeback) or manual (e.g. based on customer claim) case creation. Claims Manager can perform an advisory role such as offer timetables and deadlines, provide reason codes and automatically take dispute actions in standard cases or give recommendation to a claim case officer and leave the final decision to him/her. An officer can monitor the state of cases assigned to them, change parameters, create alerts, define exact due dates, prioritise cases – all of which ensure effective management of disputes according to payment network and internal organisational requirements.

One of the results of claim case investigation can be request for dispute transaction such as chargeback, second presentment, fraud advice, etc. The creation of a first dispute transaction puts a start to a whole dispute cycle and TranzWare Claims Manager provides all necessary management tools and administers its every stage.

TranzWare Claims Manager is closely integrated with TranzWare Fraud Analyzer for more effective and accurate fraud case management. Additionally, the system closely integrates with TranzWare Online, TranzWare CMS, which performs all the financial processing and TranzWare Interchange that converts formats and carries out clearing and settlement. The latter system gathers and creates original clearing files (in original formats), which is important in making a decision and in correct administration of disputes in compliance with payment system rules. TranzWare Claims Manager also can integrate with other third-party card management, clearing and settlement and transaction processing systems.
