Home Products TranzWare Debt Collector

TranzWare Debt Collector is an automated bad debt recovery system enabling prompt and effective collection of payments. The system provides financial institutions with sophisticated debt case management based on various algorithms. It also presents a range of actions that can be taken based on debt type, enables customer contact management and automatic generation of customer letters (notifications, requests, reminders, etc) as well as planning of other type of customer contacts (such as phone calls), provides for customer response receipt and registration and assists in taking further actions based on the responses received. TranzWare Debt Collector has built-in means of creating debtor contact timetables (on an individual basis or specific to a debt type) and can monitor debtor contacts history.

Debt cases can be managed manually, whereby a debt case officer plans his/her actions manually or a business process algorithm can be created in order to automate case management. The two methods can also be combined – a case can be managed automatically to a certain point or event and then be passed on to an officer for further management.

TranzWare CMS (or third-party card system) manages the credit product itself, administers its financial side and manages a credit product lifecycle. A case officer as wells as algorithm has access to the back office information such as repayments made, card limit extended, contract closed, etc as this information directly affects debt case investigation. Additionally during a case investigation, algorithm or case officer can perform certain actions to a delinquent customer card, account, etc, such as blocking these objects, applying charges and fees.
