TranzWare Online supports a user-friendly graphical interface for ATMs and an extensive set of transactions and cards (technology- and business-wise and including EMV), therefore, ensuring a wide spectrum of quality service is offered to customers.

TranzWare Online also has an alternative ATM monitoring and management module - TranzWare Online ATM Monitoring, developed specifically for banks or ATM deployers that own large and extra large distributed ATM networks, management of which demands much more comprehensive tools. This module takes ATM network management to a completely new level. The innovative instruments built into the system deliver a competitive advantage by means of parameterised productivity control mechanisms and the ability to optimise network service costs. The ATM Monitoring module provides a higher level of scalability and flexibility, enables equally effective real-time monitoring and in-depth analysis of the whole network, groups of terminals and one ATM – all in various data cross-sections.

TranzWare Online provides complete support for POS processing, including support for many POS device types, multiple transaction types, and a number of POS device handling terminal protocols.

TranzWare Online Financial Institution Maintenance Interface (FIMI) is an advanced object-oriented management tool. It provides a web interface to the resources of a financial institution’s remote processing centre and allows its personnel to control, monitor and manage the status of ATMs, POS terminals, transaction flows, view transaction and event logs, manage stop lists, etc. Additionally, the issuer part of FIMI allows customers to monitor and manage cards, accounts, customers, limits, currency exchange rates and performs any Back Office information requests. FIMI’s web interface works with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above on operators’ workstations. TranzWare Online FIMI does not require the installation of additional software on the client’s side therefore reducing TCO.

TranzWare Online Algorithmix is an advanced user empowerment tool that allows system administrators to create their own rules that influence business logic of the system, for example, ATM scenario flow. At a certain state, for example, the ATM can check whether a cardholder using its facilities has their birthday today; if so a business rule can direct this ATM to a certain scenario branch so that it plays the “Happy Birthday” tune, displays a congratulation message or even makes a cash disbursement of a certain amount as a present!

Moreover, by analysing transaction parameters, specially created business rules can detect fraud, therefore, decline suspicious transactions. The rules can also be applied to increase/decrease a credit limit depending on certain factors (e.g. type of merchant, number of transactions made during a given day, etc) or to generate a notification to the customer (receipt, message on an ATM screen, SMS, etc.). Therefore, Algorithmix allows a financial institution to implement innovative and flexible solutions to ensure superb customer service, individual approach and competitive edge.
