Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking software and electronic payments systems to financial institutions and processors, has been ranked highly in the PayX 2015/2016 Acquiring and Switching Vendor Comparison Report for its TranzWare product suite. The report also rated TranzWare amongst the top three in terms of product capability and Compass Plus as a leader in customer experience, demonstrating the company’s strong position in the industry.
PayX is an independent Market Analyst and Consultancy Services company specialising in the payments industry. Designed to provide financial institutions and processors with insight on the world’s top payments software products for acquiring and switching, the report sees PayX analyse the corporate, product, and customer view of 20 of the biggest software providers in this field. Compass Plus averaged an overall score of more than four out of five in the report (with five being the highest score), receiving perfect scores in categories such as complementary products, card issuer processing capabilities, functional configurability and message protocol support. It is the second consecutive PayX report in which Compass Plus was the only company to achieve a perfect score for ‘Elapsed time to first implement’.
